上菜時見到d肉咁嫩,心諗應該唔會差得去邊,我第一舊食咗個邊先,覺得都唔錯,跟住切一舊中間部份比老婆,希望會更加嫩滑,因為我老婆對扒嘅要求十分之咁高...
點知,佢咀嚼咗一陣,成舊吐番出嚟,話好"鞋"好多筋,我試完又真係幾多筋喺中間喎...
即刻唔開心啦,想食咁耐仲成兩舊幾水一塊...
不過,除咗d筋之外,肉質同肉味都唔錯嘅~
我決定要食再好d嘅扒,下一個目標係身在紐約的老友介紹嘅Dry aged steak,唔知洗唔洗到紐約先有得食呢?
另外,招呼我地嗰個服務員一路都好有禮貌,見我地差唔多食完,走埋嚟問我地覺得d食物點,咁我地梗係有嗰句講嗰句啦,佢即刻同廚房反映,仲主動送咗個點品比我地tim,值得喺度表揚一下!

I don't know is there any restaurants in HK has Dry-aged Beef available, maybe there are some really high-end steakhouse has it. What about Ruth's Chris or Morton's? You may try next. by the way, what dessert did u eat?
